Re Artù ed il Mago Merlino, leggende medioevali a confronto con la realtà.
In Toscana, più precisamente nel territorio senese sotto il Comune di Chiusdino, è presente un importante complesso monumentale costituito dai resti dell’Abbazia di San Galgano e dall’integro Eremo di Montesiepi.
All’interno dell’Eremo ho scattato la foto della Spada nella Roccia:

Comunque sia, è una tradizione che simboleggia la conversione del Santo Galgano di Guidotto, che conficcò nella roccia la sua spada, arma che fu l’orrore di tante persone. Dettagli sulla vita del Santo e sulle modalità di visita al complesso monumentale sono presenti nel sito dell’associazione Pro Loco del Comune di Schiudino.
La Toscana è una terra meravigliosa, ricca di monumenti, arte e paesaggi incantevoli.
